At first when I got out of college, I decided that I would not accept any job except for one in my direct field, that would lead directly to my career path of choice. I felt that doing anything else would be selling myself, my grades, and all of my efforts thus far short. I did not want to waste time, and risk the potential of getting stuck in a dead end job with no way to get out or to move to the job that I wanted to have, and knew I was qualified for. But after two years of searching, I am still shamefully jobless, and I cannot do this to my parents any longer. I am looking for any Jobs Birmingham can offer me, so at least I can stay local and not have to pay for rent and other expenses while I am trying to get things sorted out.
